SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Your order will normally be packed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the time you place the order. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including shipping details. We only ship within Europe at this time. Iben collaborates with Bring and UPS. A shipment that is not collected within 14 days will be returned to us, and charges will be paid by cusomer. A new shipment can be arranged for an additional shipping fee.
SHIPPING COST
Shipping cost will occur at checkout when the customer fills in shipping information. Delivery charges may vary.
TAXES AND DUTIES
All orders made to deliver in Norway are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that the local taxes (VAT) and import duties are included in the price. Shipping within Norway is not subject to any additional charges when receiving the parcel.
Iben does not take any responsibility of additional charges outside of Norway. Please check with Customs of your delivery country. The customer is responsible for any duties on deliveries outside of Norway. Iben will be responsible for the taxes.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail containing your shipping information, including your tracking number.
RETURNS
If you change your mind about an item, please contact us on iben@ibenofficial.com within 14 days. The package must be returned to us within 28 days from when you received the package. You will need to include your order number and email address with the item(s). Any items that are being returned must be in perfect condition without any visible signs of wear and tear and must be returned in its original box. Please return to:

The customer is responsible for the goods until it has been delivered to us. Always keep the shipment receipt and tracking number for proof of shipment and for tracking. Please not that return shipments are at the customer´s own expense.
We will arrange a refund once the return has arrived. As soon as the return has been processed, you will receive a refund confirmation by email. Depending on your bank, the transaction usually takes 3-5 business days.
EXCHANGE OR REFUND
Did you order the wrong size or do you want to return an item? Please contact iben@ibenofficial.com. Shipping costs due apply. If the item is returned due to a claim or we have sent you the wrong item, the full amount including shipping costs will be refunded.
SALE
Our regular online return and exchange policy as described above applies during sale periods. If you want to return a sale item, it must be done within 14 days after purchase.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
If an item was received damaged, you must contact us at iben@ibenofficial.com.
