Your order will normally be packed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the time you place the order. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including shipping details. We only ship within Europe at this time. Iben collaborates with Bring and UPS. A shipment that is not collected within 14 days will be returned to us, and charges will be paid by cusomer. A new shipment can be arranged for an additional shipping fee.

• We offer shipping from NOK 119 for delivery throughout Norway.
• For goods sent outside Norway, separate shipping prices apply.
• The shipping cost is added to the total at checkout.

All orders made to deliver in Norway are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that the local taxes (VAT) and import duties are included in the price. Shipping within Norway is not subject to any additional charges when receiving the parcel.

Iben does not take any responsibility of additional charges outside of Norway. Please check with Customs of your delivery country. The customer is responsible for any duties on deliveries outside of Norway. Iben will be responsible for the taxes.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail containing your shipping information, including your tracking number.

Return when using the right of withdrawal

• If you wish to return an item in accordance with the right of withdrawal, the return shipping costs NOK 119 .
• The return shipping cost is deducted from the amount credited to you after we have received and processed the return.

When the request has been approved, you can use the attached return label and fill in the attached return form. Returns that are not approved or do not meet the requirements will not be refunded.
